Reporting & Online Database
- Vibration and Visual Inspection reports include root cause, severity level, and recommended action. We support our analysis with pictures of spectra, trends, or other plots. Equipment reports are then synced with our online database that you can access anywhere, anytime.
- The online database maintains complete inspection history for all of your rotating equipment. You can also see the number of equipment inspected, how many problems of each severity, and number of machines running/not running at time of survey. These reports can be viewed as monthly, quarterly, and yearly to track the overall condition of your facility's machinery over time.
- Our technicians also have experience creating maintenance work orders in SAP and Maximo.
Our Equipment
We utilize Rockwell Automation's EMonitor software, in addition to Enpac 2500 and Dynamix 2500 data collectors. We can also provide data collection using your equipment (CSI, SKF, Pruftechnik, etc.)
